Orders Shipped from Mexico

All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in Mexico. Please consider this when estimating delivery times, as it may affect international shipping durations due to customs processing and other logistical factors.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Economy Shipping: Delivered via Registered Mail. Estimated delivery time is 15-45 business days for the US and Canada, and 30-60 business days for Europe and Asia.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered via UPS with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to select countries. The cost and delivery time vary based on your destination and the shipping method chosen.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder, as sometimes these emails may be filtered there.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist in locating it. In the case of a confirmed lost package, we will issue a refund or resend the item at no additional cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal. PayPal allows you to securely pay with your credit or debit card, or directly from your PayPal account balance. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase; simply select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" at checkout and enter your details.

What currency do you use for transactions?

All transactions on our website are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, PayPal will automatically handle the currency conversion based on the current exchange rates.

Orders and Returns

Do you accept returns?

At this time, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once the order has been processed and shipped. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Can I get a refund if my package doesn't arrive?

We only offer refunds in the case that your package is lost or does not arrive. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer service team, and we will initiate a refund or resend the item at no additional cost. Please note that in some cases, especially with international shipping, the estimated delivery time may be extended due to customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to assist you.
